{"id":1626,"date":"2023-01-24T11:35:20","date_gmt":"2023-01-24T11:35:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.flaskarji.si\/?p=1626"},"modified":"2023-01-24T11:35:21","modified_gmt":"2023-01-24T11:35:21","slug":"odstavljanje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.flaskarji.si\/?p=1626","title":{"rendered":"ODSTAVLJANJE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Nekako je v na\u0161i glavi&#8230;.lahko so krive &#8220;smernice&#8221;,  lahko &#8220;priporo\u010dila zdravstvenega osebja&#8230;ampak otrok naj bi bil <strong>po enem letu brez fla\u0161ke.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><em>Zakaj?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><em>Razvoj govora?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em><strong>Zdravstveno stanje zob?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em><strong>Ker flaska ni ok, ker\u00a0ni naravno?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V ve\u010dini primerov videvam otroke, katerih sesalni vzorec res ni najbolj\u0161i. Za to niso krivi star\u0161i, niti zdravniki. Gre enostavno, za pomanjkanje informacij. Tematika fla\u0161kanja, ki se je zanemarjala desetletja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce pogledamo zgodovino prvih pripomo\u010dkov za hranjenje, nam hitro postane jasno, da <strong>je bilo<\/strong> fla\u0161kanje dale\u010d od primerne metode hranjenja.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.flaskarji.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Baby-Bottles-Blog.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1627\" width=\"448\" height=\"222\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.flaskarji.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Baby-Bottles-Blog.jpg 855w, https:\/\/www.flaskarji.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Baby-Bottles-Blog-300x149.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.flaskarji.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Baby-Bottles-Blog-768x382.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 448px) 100vw, 448px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Prve stekleni\u010dke<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Vendar razvoj gre naprej in s tem tudi raziskave. \u017dal, v svetu \u0161e vedno veljajo dolo\u010dena prepri\u010danja glede hranjenja s stekleni\u010dko. In glede teh prepri\u010danj se v ve\u010dini strinjam, da vodijo v neustrezen razvoj na ve\u010dih nivojih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko pa fla\u0161ka, predstavlja optimalno hranjenje (ustreznost hranjenja glede na individualni vidik otroka), se iz vidika razvoja nimamo ni\u010desar bati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prav nasprotno, optimalno hranjenje podpira dojen\u010dkov razvoj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Kaj se lahko zgodi ob tem je to, da otrok ne \u017eeli stekleni\u010dke opustiti, dovoljuje hranjenje le izbranim osebam. Vendar je star \u017ee eno leto, radi bi ga odstavili. Otrok pa na to \u0161e ni pripravljen.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko se lotimo odstavljanja, moramo upo\u0161tevati otrokovo individualnost. Ja veliko trobim o individualnosti, vendar na\u0161i otroci niso roboti, zanje ne obstajajo navodila. Mogo\u010de je to se te\u017eje sprejeti v popolnosti, ko pa na vsakem koraku dobivam dolo\u010dena navodila, kako naj ravnamo z otrokom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pa vendar, da ne zaidem, lahko nanizam nekaj izto\u010dnic, glede odstavljanja, ki pa ni nujno da se tudi najdete v njih. Saj veste, individualnost <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-theme-palette-1-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Otrok hrepeni po polni pozornosti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u010dasih imamo ob\u010dutek, da smo cel dan vpeti, samo v dogajanje okoli otroka. On pa kljub  temu, mnogokrat ob\u010duti pomanjkanje na\u0161e pozornosti. V vrtincu skrbi, nalog, ki si jih zadamo skozi dan, se nam hitro zgodi, da nismo prisotni v danem trenutku. Ljudje, ki niso vajeni prisotnosti, jim je ta izraz tuj, potrebujejo nekaj vaje, da osvojijo stanje <strong>tukaj in zdaj<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Poskusi biti prisoten v tem trenutku zdaj. Naj bo tvoja pozornost le tukaj, brez motilcev, razmi\u0161ljanj kaj, kako,\u010de&#8230;delaj eno stvar na enkrat in takrat bodi prisoten s telesom in umom.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dojen\u010dek, mal\u010dek se giblje v istem energetskem krogu kot mama. Je njegov vzor, njegovo vse. Pristnost, prisotnost, avtenti\u010dnost je tisto, kar otrok zahteva od nas. In, ko mu ta del prestavlja primanjkljaj, dostikrat kompenzira s fla\u0161kanjem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Hranjenje, ne glede na na\u010din, lahko predstavlja mnogo ve\u010d, kot le vnos kalorij. Predstavlja varnost, ljubezen, zato\u010di\u0161\u010de, kjer lahko la\u017eje predela dolo\u010dene informacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-theme-palette-2-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">ODCEPITEV OTROKA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Drug vidik, ki ka\u017ee na primanjkljaj\u00a0pozornosti, je odcepitev otroka. Bodisi, je to vklju\u010ditev v dnevno varstvo, bodisi tvoja \u017eelja po spanju otroka v svoji postelji.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dnevno varstvo je velik korak. Tako za otroka, kot zate. Zato je pri\u010dakovano, da bo tudi kak\u0161na fla\u0161ka ve\u010d v tem obobju. Otroku predstavlja stres, kar naenkrat mu je odvzeto vse kar je najbolj poznal. TI. Zato z odstavljanjem malo po\u010dakaj, da se otrok navadi na novo okolje, na nove ljudi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spanje otroka v svoji postelji, sobi je lahko zelo stresno. \u010ceprav je otrok bil do sedaj povsem zadovoljen v svoji postelji, lahko sedaj ob\u010duti primanjkljaj\u00a0bli\u017eine. Z pogostim no\u010dnim hranjenjem lahko sporo\u010da, da si \u017eeli tvoje bli\u017eine, <strong>tebe<\/strong>.\u00a0 Z rastjo, razvojem se otrok spreminja, raste, razvija, spreminja se tudi njegov pogled na svet, njegove potrebe. Poskusi ga sli\u0161ati, se odzvati na njegova sporo\u010dila.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-theme-palette-1-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Premajhen vnos kalorij \u010dez dan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nekateri otroci enostavno nimajo \u010dasa za hranjenje. Sedenje za mizo in hranjenje predstavlja za njih totalno potrato \u010dasa. Kdo ima \u0161e \u010das za dolgo\u010dasno hranjenje, ko pa je na svetu toliko za raziskovati. Posledi\u010dno primanjkljaj v telo vnesejo pono\u010di.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Kaj lahko storimo? Naredimo obrok kot dogodiv\u0161\u010dino. Posedi otroka na sproti tebe, glejta se. Pogovarjajte se, bodi tam, prisoten. Obrok, naj predstavlja obred, in ne le nujen vnos kalorij v telo<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pomanjkanje teko\u010dine? Ima otrok dovolj teko\u010dine \u010dez dan? je mogo\u010de \u017eejen in kompenzira teko\u010dino s fla\u0161ko?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mnogokrat pa odstavljanje od stekleni\u010dke zahteva le \u010das. Ve\u010dji ko je otrok, ve\u010d koncentracije bo zmo\u017een. Posledi\u010dno bo tudi vnos gh ve\u010dji in ne bo potreboval nadomestila mleka. Ko je hranjenje ljube\u010de, ustrezno, v ve\u010dini primerov otrok sam sledi, v njegovem ritmu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-theme-palette-1-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">le navada, razvada?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lahko pa se tudi zgodi, da postane stekleni\u010dka stvar razvade. Kako to prepoznamo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Otrok ima zadostne, kalori\u010dne obroke \u010dez dan. Poleg tega spije tudi fla\u0161ko.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pono\u010di pije navadno mleko, ki ne zado\u0161\u010da obroku.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Velikokrat pripravimo steklenico, ker smo mi preutrujeni za umirjanje, uspavanje otroka.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Takrat je na vrsti na\u0161a vztrajnost, mirnost, potrpe\u017eljivost za so\u010dutno odstavljanje od no\u010dnega hranjenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Predvsem pa, \u010de se otrok \u0161e vedno hrani s stekleni\u010dko pri enem letu, je to \u010disto ok, dokler stekleni\u010dka ne predstavlja predmet tola\u017ebe, druge vsebine kot je mleko, hranjenje predstavlja obrok in ne 1urnega\u00a0premetavanja cuclja v ustih. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce bi \u017ee postavljala neke smernice, bi se ob ustreznem, optimalnem hranjenju te usmerile na odstavljanje do nekje drugega leta.  seveda moramo upo\u0161tevati individualnost otroka in ne splo\u0161na priporo\u010dila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odstavljanje naj zajema veliko pogovora otroku, razlage, zakaj je sedaj tako. Razlo\u017ei mu, beri knjige na to tematiko, izmi\u0161ljuj si zgodbe o odstavljanju. Dovoli mu razumeti, saj razumejo mnogo ve\u010d, kot si lahko predstavljamo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"has-theme-palette-1-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Kaj je \u0161e pomembno?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Flaska je namenjena hranjenju z mlekom. Bodisi mle\u010dno formulo, materino mleko, darovano mleko. Gosta hrana je namenjen \u017eli\u010dki, vilici, rokam&#8230;tako otroka u\u010dimo hranjenja in ustreznega gibalnega vzorca v ustih.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dodajanje raznih kosmi\u010dev v mleko je na\u010din pretentanja, da otrok poje nekaj, na kar morda \u0161e ni pripravljen ali pa ne potrebuje. Otrok okoli 6ga meseca razvije kro\u017eno gibanje \u010deljusti, ki mu omogo\u010da \u017eve\u010denje. Z dodatki v fla\u0161i otroka pretentamo, saj kosmi\u010di in drugi dodatki, niso namenjeni sesanju, temve\u010d \u017eve\u010denju.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Problematika nastane tudi iz vidika pretoka. Otrok je zmeden ali naj sesa ali zve\u010di. Prehod na gosto hrano je tako \u0161e te\u017eji in otrok hitreje kompenzira sesanje fla\u0161ke z kosmi\u010di pred zve\u010denjem.(\u010ce je uporaba kosmi\u010dev minimalna, pa ni u\u010dinka. Tako je bolje da poje en gri\u017eljaj obroka goste hrane.) Zgo\u0161\u010devanje vpliva tudi na sesalen vzorec, saj mora otrok pri ve\u010dji gostoti uporabljati ve\u010dji vakuum, posledi\u010dno zmanj\u0161a kvalitetno sesanje (pozitivni in negativni tlak).<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Z zgo\u0161\u010devanjem tudi ne bomo dosegli dalj\u0161ega spanca. Razni kosmi\u010di ne zadostijo potrebe po kvalitetnih kalorijah, niti po bli\u017eini. Katera sta najpogostej\u0161a dejavnika dolgotrajnega fla\u0161kanja.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-theme-palette-1-color has-text-color\"><strong>\u0160e vedno pa imejmo v mislih, da je vsak otrok individualno bitje. Ima razli\u010dne potrebe in zmo\u017enosti katere niso zanemarljive.
